Role Overview We are seeking a strategic and analytical  Demand Planner  to lead the forecasting and S&OP process for our B2B product portfolios across Latin America. In this role, you will be the bridge between Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain, ensuring demand plan signals align with market opportunities and financial targets. You will manage a complex B2B ecosystem, turning historical data and sales insights into an actionable demand plan. Key Responsibilities Monthly Strategic Cadence: Consensus Planning:  Lead monthly S&OP meetings with regional leads to reach a consensus demand plan on the forward-looking forecast. Gap Analysis:  Identify, analyze, and communicate variances between the bottom-up forecast and top-down financial goals, proposing corrective actions where necessary. Portfolio Management:  Collaborate with Regional Managers to manage product lifecycles, focusing on smooth transitions and phase-outs. Weekly Operational Execution: B2B Deal Tracking:  Monitor large enterprise deals and high-value opportunities to ensure supply readiness. Forecast Consumption:  Analyze sell-in/sell-through data to monitor forecast accuracy and consumption rates. NPI Excellence:  Timely input of the forecast for New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring successful market launches. Ad-hoc Analysis:  Perform deep-dive reporting on regional market trends and performance metrics. Required Skills & Qualifications B2B Expertise:  Deep understanding of B2B business models, including channel dynamics and enterprise sales cycles. Technical Proficiency:  Working knowledge of  Tableau  (for data visualization/reporting),  Salesforce.com  (for opportunity tracking and pipeline analysis) and/or Maestro Kinaxis is a plus. Collaboration:  Strong interpersonal skills to influence regional stakeholders and align cross-functional teams. Regional Nuance:  Experience working within the LATAM market (understanding of regional logistics or economic variables is a plus). Language:  Fluency in English and Portuguese is a must.
