Role Overview As Delivery Manager for the eTail Services team within Digital Acquisition at Logitech, you will be a key driver in delivering high-value features through our proprietary eTail Suite—a sales enablement platform providing ePOS, sales trends, stock status, and other data-driven services. Working closely with the eTail Services Tech Lead and a multidisciplinary team of developers, you will lead the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring platform development is closely aligned with business and commercialization goals. You will serve as the interface between business groups, the global commercialization team, and technical teams, facilitating communication, clarifying requirements, and ensuring priorities are clearly defined and met. Your work will directly impact the success of our digital sales channels and the overall customer and business experience. Key Responsibilities Partner with the eTail Services Tech Lead to collaboratively gather, triage, and prioritize requirements from business stakeholders and the global commercialization team. Translate business needs into actionable development tasks, ensuring alignment with broader digital acquisition and eTail strategies. Own the planning and delivery timeline, proactively identifying and removing obstacles to keep releases on track and adjusting plans as necessary. Maintain transparent, effective communication between business, product, and technical teams—bridging gaps and promoting shared understanding. Monitor progress against commitments, identify risks and dependencies, and provide regular updates to leadership, recommending mitigation plans as needed. Champion agile delivery best practices, driving continuous process improvement and operational excellence within the team. Oversee post-release processes, including coordinating feedback collection, supporting incident resolution, and championing iterative optimization. Lead delivery prioritization decisions in partnership with the Tech Lead, balancing business value, technical feasibil ity, resources, and delivery timelines. While not responsible for hands-on coding, apply strong technical acumen to effectively collaborate with developers and technical leaders. Drive cross-team and cross-functional coordination, managing dependencies with external engineering teams, platform services, and enabling functions. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in delivery management, program management, or product ownership—ideally within digital, ecommerce, or sales enablement contexts. Demonstrated success managing complex digital product or platform deliveries in a cross-functional, technical environment. Strong ability to distill and prioritize business objectives into actionable project plans. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a talent for facilitating consensus and alignment. Deep familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and related tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Proven problem-solver, with a proactive approach to adapting in a changing and fast-paced environment.   Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
