You will work in an R&D team and a modern office environment where you will receive a 2-year training program, allowing you to learn everything about Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Data Analysis, and CMF(Color, Material, Finish) Engineering. You will primarily work closely with – and be mentored by – our experienced engineers and staff on a wide portfolio of projects. As well as an attractive base salary in Suzhou, there is an amazing benefits package on offer – Dormitories, a newly refurbished, modern office with a huge breakout area, off-site team buildings, company parties, and more… Key responsibilities:  Analyze and evaluate mechanical design and mechatronic design from competitor products to support and reference innovation projects within the mechanical engineering team. Research and explore mechanical and mechatronic technologies and tools to generate innovative ideas and solutions for keyboards and mice.  Assist in the exploration and development of innovation projects to understand requirements for cost, schedule, performance, and sustainability. Conduct data analysis for design and experiment testing, and UX tests to check the new technology’s utility, reliability, and accuracy. Continuously learn and master knowledge and skills in relevant fields to improve your professional level. Key Partners: Marketing and ID team Operation and Manufacturing team Project team - Mechanical Engineering, CMF, Quality team, Project manager, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Optical Engineering, Software Engineering. Sourcing team. Suppliers. Reports to: Mechanical Engineering Manager Essential: A master's degree level is a minimum requirement. Major in Mechanical engineering, Material engineering, and Machinery majors, or relevant engineering fields;  Strong English written and verbal communication skills.  Ability to establish SMART goals and take proactive steps to achieve them. Strong prototyping skills and a hands-on mindset.  Capable of applying structural thinking in daily job tasks. Strong analytical, logical, and perseverant problem-solving abilities.
