You’ll work in a collaborative environment, supporting the team with administrative tasks and research, while learning from experienced professionals. Your Impact Provide administrative support to legal department  Support activities will include shadowing and supporting the team with continuous improvement projects and other day-to-day tasks. Assist with organization of legal documents and files Support the Legal Administrative Assistant with ad-hoc tasks Who You Are Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program (junior standing)  Experience in an office setting is a plus Familiarity with MS Office Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organization skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task and work well with others $20/hour The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in Goleta, CA. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
