As an Associate, Global Merchandising, you’ll be a key contributor supporting the Merchandising team in executing seasonal directives and initiatives across the global marketplace. You’ll help ensure the right product reaches the right place at the right time, collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting the creation of consumer-driven assortments and market insights. Your Impact Ensure all key milestones and deliverables within the go-to-market calendar are met on time and within scope Manage and maintain merchandising tools across multiple seasons, including tool creation, updates, and communication Maintain merchandising system inputs with high attention to detail and accuracy Organize and manage seasonal samples, including storage and sample buildouts Assess the competitive landscape to identify trends, opportunities, and threats Support sales and inventory performance reviews to inform in-season strategies Assist with the creation of sales and hindsight recaps Help prioritize the execution of multiple seasons, maintaining high standards of quality Collaborate proactively with cross-functional partners to build strong relationships and trust Bring a consumer-first mindset and curiosity into everything you do Support the team in gathering insights on consumer preferences and regional trends Stay up-to-date on industry trends, consumer preferences, and the competitive landscape Who You Are Hold a Bachelor’s degree Bring 2-3+ years of merchandising experience in both DTC and Wholesale channels Have strong experience in the footwear and apparel industry, ideally in performance/athletic categories Demonstrate a proven track record of developing and maintaining strong cross-functional partnerships Excel at setting priorities, fostering cohesion, and motivating teams for a unified marketplace view Make focused decisions based on brand integrity and company values Communicate clearly and consistently, both written and verbally Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Self-motivated, confident, and solution-oriented Experienced in matrix organizations and building best practices Strong presentation and negotiation skills Understand financial measurements and how to impact them Willing and able to travel 10-15% annually What We'll Give You – Competitive Pay and Bonuses - We’ve created a variety of competitive compensation programs to foster career development, reward success and to show our employees just how much they’re valued.
