Werden Sie Teil der Erfolgsgeschichte von TTI und verstärken Sie unser Team im Vertriebsinnendienst am Standort Hilden ab sofort als Customer Service Specialist (w/m/d) Ordermanagement Ihr Service-Bereich Erfassung von Kundenaufträgen in unserem ERP-System (SAP/R3) Klärung von Fragen zu Kundenaufträgen und Koordination mit den relevanten Schnittstellen Beantwortung von Lieferterminanfragen Lösung von Reklamationsfällen und Erstellung von Gutschriften sowie Lastschriften Kontrolle und Freigabe per EDI übermittelter Kundenaufträge Regelmäßiger Austausch mit anderen Fachabteilungen (z.B. Sales, Marketing und Buchhaltung)                      Das Bringen Sie Mit Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder bereits erste Erfahrungen im Customer Service Gute PC- und MS Office Kenntnisse Freude an service- und dienstleistungsorientierter Kommunikation Gute Selbstorganisation und Wertschätzung von strukturiertem, prozessorientiertem Arbeiten Lust auf die Arbeit in einem dynamischen und internationalen Umfeld Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP/R3 oder anderen ERP-Systemen Sie möchten Teil der Erfolgsgeschichte von MILWAUKEE, AEG & RYOBI werden?
