Werden Sie Teil der Erfolgsgeschichte von Milwaukee und verstärken Sie unser Team in der Region ab sofort als Regionaler Verkaufsleiter Milwaukee (w/m/d) Region: DE Mitte-West Ihre Aufgaben: Sie führen Ihr Team zur optimalen Performance durch Motivation, Coaching, Vertriebscontrolling und arbeiten selbst mit im Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft Sie sehen die Stärken und die Entwicklungspotenziale im Team und entwickeln die Menschen in Ihrem Bereich zielgerichtet weiter Sie stellen sicher, dass Ihr Team die vorgegebenen Umsatzziele erreicht Mittels KPI’s & der Auswertung von Daten erkennen Sie frühzeitig, wie gut wir auf Kurs der Zielerreichung sind, wenn es um unser Fachhandelsnetz und dessen Entwicklung geht Sie leben dem Team aktiv vor, dass Sie zu unserer selektiven Milwaukee Strategie und unserem Marktbearbeitungsansatz stehen Ihre Potentialanalyse der Region in Abstimmung mit unseren Warengrupee-Spezialisten sorgt für die Ausschöpfung des vollen Marktpotenzials Sie finden Lösungen und treffen auch knifflige Entscheidungen bei Ad-Hoc-Themen und in Eskalationsfällen Sie berichten als Teil des Verkaufs-Führungsteams regelmäßig an die D-A-CH Vertriebsleitung und sind immer up-to-date zu den Vorgängen in Ihrer Region Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen: Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit vertriebsrelevanter Ausrichtung Intensive, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und nachweisliche Erfolgshistorie im strategischen Vertrieb; idealerweise um Elektrowerkzeugumfeld Sie bringen bereits Führungserfahrung im Vertrieb mit und haben bereits mehr als 5 Personen geführt Ihre Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von exzellenter Selbstorganisation und gutem Zeitmanagement sowie von Verbindlichkeit Ihre Deutschkenntnisse sind auf C2-Niveau, Ihre Englischkenntnisse sind mindestens auf B2-Niveau Ihr Kommunikationsstil ist von Offenheit, Transparenz, Dynamik und Positivität geprägt und Sie mögen das Arbeiten in cross-funktionalen Teams Wohnsitz im Vertriebsgebiet und Reisebereitschaft (ca. 25%) Sie möchten Teil der Erfolgsgeschichte von MILWAUKEE, AEG & RYOBI werden?
