Job Description: Ihr Beitrag zu unserem gemeinsamen Erfolg Als Kundenservice Mitarbeiter im Innendienst (m/w/*) am Standort Villach haben Sie die Möglichkeit Ihr Wissen zielgerichtet einzusetzen, um unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen. Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet: Betreuung unserer internationalen Kunden Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen inklusive direktem Kundenkontakt Nachbearbeitung von Kundenanliegen sowie Bearbeitung von Reklamationen Erstellung und Vorbereitung von Versanddokumenten Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen Kunden und unseren internen Bereichen wie Produktion, Technik und Vertrieb Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Schul- oder Berufsausbildung (kaufmännische Lehre oder Maturaniveau) Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice von Vorteil Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office Die Fähigkeit im Team zu arbeiten sowie eine zuverlässige, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab. Stellenbezogene Informationen Für diese Position ist ein Mindestgehalt von € 44.536,94 brutto/Jahr mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung, vorgesehen.
