Job Description:    The person hired for the position of Production Operator   will work at our 3M Angleton TX  The person hired for the position Operator Production will be responsible for producing and assembling products in the plant. They operate and maintain machinery, ensure production standards are met, finalize products, and prepare them for shipping. Applying quality instructions & specifications Monitoring the production or packing operation to ensure quality objectives are met. Loading/unloading material into & from equipment Working as a team member through sharing information, problem solving & assisting others Your Skills and Expertise : To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Required: Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution. The starting rate of pay rate is $23.92 to $28.47. This targeted compensation range represents a good faith estimate and can vary based on factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and education.
