Job Description: Ihr Beitrag zu unserem gemeinsamen Erfolg Als Maschinenbediener / Anlagenführer (m/w/*) Tape im Bereich Beschichtung am Standort Hilden haben Sie die Möglichkeit Ihr Wissen zielgerichtet einzusetzen, um unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen. Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet: Sie übernehmen eigenständig und ergebnisorientiert das Rüsten und Bedienen von Beschichtungsanlagen. Sie führen regelmäßige Reinigungs- und Rüstarbeiten durch und sind für die Einhaltung von Zeitvorgaben beim Rüsten und Reinigen verantwortlich. Sie wirken aktiv bei der Prozess- und Anlagenoptimierung mit und unterstützen die Instandhaltung bei Störungen / Wartungsarbeiten. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört ebenfalls die Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards.. Lückenlose Dokumentation und Berichterstattung in SAP (MES) sowie in Regelkarten, RUN‑Karten (Laufkarten) oder vergleichbaren Systemen. Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen: Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung. Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Beschichtung und der Maschinenbedienung in der Serienfertigung. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Bereitschaft im 7-Tage-4-Schicht-Betrieb zu arbeiten. Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil: Kenntnisse aller Sicherheitsbestimmungen sowie technisches Verständnis. Sie besitzen gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP etc.). Ein gutes Qualitätsverständnis und Grundlagen des Qualitätsmanagements, Teamfähigkeit mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Flexibilität und technisches Verständnis runden Ihr Profil ab. Stellenbezogene Informationen Schichtmodell: Teil- sowie vollkontinuierlicher Schichtbetrieb. Vertragsart: Befristeter Vertrag für zunächst 1 Jahr. Arbeitsort: Hilden, vor Ort.
