La nostra missione è garantire la massima disponibilità degli impianti presso i nostri Clienti attraverso una pianificazione e un supporto tecnico di alto livello. Il Technical Support Specialist è il punto di contatto strategico tra le necessità del Cliente e l'operatività sul campo. Identifica, propone ed attua misure di miglioramento continuo in ottica di riduzione delle anomalie degli impianti.   La risorsa che stiamo cercando si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Gestione fabbisogni del cliente: accogliere e valutare le necessità di interventi provenienti dal cliente e/o dai sistemi di monitoraggio AL al fine di predisporre le azioni opportune a fornire una risposta tecnica mirata alla messa in sicurezza degli impianti o alla risoluzione dei guasti, nel rispetto dei vincoli contrattuali e delle procedure aziendali. La risorsa si occupa inoltre di assicurare un corretto ed efficace flusso documentale con il Cliente. Coordinamento attività sul campo: coordinare le attività di intervento tecnico sul campo, attivando le risorse necessarie alla gestione del guasto. Monitorare e supportare le attività manutentive a distanza, presidiando l'operato dei fornitori e/o tecnici interni.   Amministrazione informatica dei flussi: nell'ambito dell'attività di gestione dell'assistenza Cliente, il Technical Support Specialist dovrà assicurare la tracciabilità dei flussi informatici attraverso l'utilizzo del Sistema Gestionale SAP, nello specifico: creazione e gestione delle richieste di intervento, creazione e gestione degli Ordini di Servizio, gestione parti di ricambio, ricezione costi a seguito di controllo di rapporti di intervento e check list, gestione informazioni per la fatturazione.       Are you a MATCH?   Laurea o maturità tecnica area Meccanica/Chimica/industriale disponibilità a lavorare su turni ( 6:45 - 15:45 / 14:45 - 23:15 / 23:00 - 7:00 La conoscenza del Sistema Operativo SAP, dei sistemi di telerilevamento, della piattaforma Google è considerato un plus Precedente esperienza maturata in aziende di servizi di manutenzione/assistenza tecnica/telemonitoraggio impianti è considerato requisito preferenziale Orientamento al cliente Capacità di lavorare in team Capacità organizzative e di pianificazione   Our Differences make our Performance At Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.
