Job Description: Impact que vous aurez dans ce rôle En tant que l’Ingénieur Technico-Commercial pour la Division des Rubans et Colles Industriels , vous aurez l’opportunité de nourrir votre curiosité technique et intellectuelle en assurant la préconisation de nos produits auprès de fabricants français de différents marchés. Ici, vous aurez un impact : Vous êtes spécialiste de l’approche en spécification chez les industriels.  Vous prescrirez les produits du département Rubans et Colles auprès des Industriels de votre région.       Vos clients potentiels sont donc des utilisateurs finaux sur des segments très diversifiés tels que le travail du métal, transport (rails, véhicules spéciaux, aérospatial, défense), composants du bâtiment, les biens d'équipements, de santé et appareillages domestiques.  Dans cette mission vous prospecterez et prescrirez nos solutions techniques pour positionner nos produits comme alternative aux solutions d’assemblage mécanique (soudure, rivetage, visserie …) auprès des entreprises du secteur.  Et autres consommables intervenant dans les process de production. Vous identifierez et reprendrez des parts de marché tenues par des adhésifs concurrents.  Vous travaillerez conjointement avec le service technique pour toucher l’ensemble des acteurs de votre secteur et suivre les mises en œuvre. Vous superviserez la gestion de vos dossiers transmis à nos distributeurs partenaires. Vous coordonnerez, si nécessaire, les approches européennes pour les compagnies internationales.  Vous passerez 80% de votre temps en clientèle sur le terrain. Vos compétences et expertise Pour vous permettre de réussir dans ce rôle dès le premier jour, 3M recherche des candidats/candidates avec les qualifications suivantes : Minimum Bac+3 / Bac+5 technique ou commercial  Expérience équivalente dans les ventes business to end user  Parfaite maîtrise de l’acte de vente et de la prospection téléphonique  Anglais courant (un niveau d’anglais permettant de participer à des réunions européennes régulières, reporter, et négocier en anglais)      Utilisation rigoureuse des outils digitaux tel que le CRM ou Office   Habitué(e) à la Gestion de projets  Leadership, capacité à convaincre et à négocier  Une Organisation optimale et un sens de l’efficacité  Vous êtes passionné(e) et réactif(ive) Connaissances supplémentaires / compétences souhaitables / qualifications préférées qui pourraient vous aider à réussir encore mieux dans ce rôle : La maîtrise de Sales Force   Goût réel pour les produits et les environnements techniques  L’attrait pour le travail en équipe  Détails du poste Secteur géographique : Ain (01), les 2 Savoie (73,74), Isère (38), Drôme (26), Ardèche (07) Localisation souhaitée : Poste basé sur Grenoble et environs  Déplacement : Peut inclure jusqu'à 80% sur secteur Type de poste : Hybride, basé sur secteur Modèle de travail : CDI à temps plein C ette opportunité et notre culture innovante chez 3M s'alignent avec vos aspirations professionnelles ?
