Job Description: About the Role: We are seeking experienced Portfolio Marketing to lead the entire lifecycle of our flagship Scotchgard protective material portfolio. You will be deeply involved in market strategy development, portfolio optimization, new product development, and launch execution to drive business growth and market share. This role requires deep industry insight, exceptional strategic marketing skills, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Market & Product Strategy: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competition, and customer needs in protective material. Develop and execute portfolio strategy. Define market requirements for new products/applications. 2. Launch & Promotion Management: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new and key products. Plan and lead industry seminars and educational initiatives for B2B customers and B2B2C consumers. 3. Sales Enablement & Customer Insight: Provide expert training and support for sales teams. Engage with key customers to gather and translate market feedback. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales to drive new product development projects. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Textile Engineering, Polymer Materials, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management or Technical Marketing within a B2B setting, with a mandatory background in textile chemicals, functional finishes, specialty chemicals, fabric or related industries. Candidates with solid fabric knowledge and extensive industry connections will be given priority. Core Competencies: Proficiency in the principles and applications of functional finishes. Strong market analysis, strategic planning, communication, and project management skills.
