Jouw Missie Als Employee Workshop ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige technische beheer van onze medische toestellen. Je zorgt voor de kwaliteitscontrole en het onderhoud (preventief en correctief), zodat elk apparaat dat ons atelier verlaat voldoet aan de strengste veiligheidsnormen. Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden Technisch Onderhoud & Controle: Je test apparaten met kalibratie-instrumenten en voert preventief of correctief onderhoud uit op basis van strikte protocollen. Reiniging & Hygiëne: Je zorgt dat de medische hulpmiddelen grondig gedesinfecteerd en gereinigd worden volgens de geldende voorschriften. Kwaliteitsbewaking: Je keurt apparaten goed voor terugname in voorraad en rapporteert eventuele afwijkingen of defecten onmiddellijk aan je leidinggevende. Herstellingen & Wisselstukken: Je voert reparaties uit (indien geaccrediteerd door de leverancier), vervangt onderdelen en beheert de hersteloffertes voor klanten. Administratie & Logistiek: Je verwerkt alle acties nauwkeurig in het ERP-systeem (traceerbaarheid), beheert de RMA-procedures naar leveranciers en controleert de voorraad van wisselstukken. Orde & Veiligheid: Je zorgt voor een veilige en hygiënische werkomgeving, volgt de veiligheidsinstructies nauwgezet op en draagt de vereiste persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM’s). ___________________ Are you a MATCH? Ervaring & Attesten: Je beschikt over een technisch diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring. Het bezit van een heftruck- of reachtruckattest is een belangrijke troef. Nauwkeurigheid: Je werkt uiterst rigoureus en precies; kwaliteit en veiligheid staan bij jou altijd voorop. Systeemkennis: Je hebt (basis)kennis van ERP-systemen en bent vertrouwd met kwaliteitsnormen zoals ISO 9001 en GDP (Good Distribution Practices). Kwaliteitsbewust: Je begrijpt het belang van traceerbaarheid, non-conformiteiten en de acties die nodig zijn bij kwaliteitsklachten. Persoonlijkheid: Je bent proactief, kunt goed zelfstandig werken binnen een team en bent communicatief vaardig in het Nederlands (kennis van Frans/Engels is een plus).
