Job Description: As a Global Portfolio Supervisor for Thin VHB™ and Foam Tapes in Electronics Bonding, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Build, lead and execute the global portfolio strategy for the Thin VHB™ and Foam Tape category of products sold through the electronics bonding value chain Define the go-to portfolio, work with the integrated marketing and segment/vertical teams to introduce global content to drive market relevance and share gain Develops, implements and maintains global pricing corridors for all foam tapes within 6100 Profit Center and communicates to the areas Responsible for delivering cost-out projects, localization activities and drives mix for gross margin targets that are accretive to the profit center, BU and division Collaborates with area portfolio leaders in key regions including Greater China Area, Asia, USAC and EMEA to drive best practice replication and growth Leads and supports the new product commercialization process for prioritized NPI technology platforms and drives execution with a global, cross-functional team, including key account teams that reside in the TEBG Electronics Vertical Work across multiple functions, areas and business groups to support the Own and is accountable for all Global Material Master Data for the portfolio in legacy systems, SAP, e-commerce and channel Champion’s prioritization and resolution of global SOS issues impacting key accounts Primary Metrics: Sales growth and OLCG% Market share and device penetration growth New Product Commercialization, Launches and Revenue Marketing Program Execution & Impact (MROI %) Gross margin at standard (% and $) Secondary Metrics: Delivers price plans and corridors Phase in/phase out for portfolio Master data and legacy updates Learn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn @3M.
