Dein Arbeitsplatz Diese Position ist hybrid und erfordert an 2 Tagen pro Woche Anwesenheit am Standort. Deine Aufgaben Verantwortung für die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung an drei Standorten für ca. 2500 Mitarbeiter:innen Führung und Weiterentwicklung des deutschen Payroll-Teams von 13 Mitarbeitern HR-Key-User für SAP-HCM und strategische Weiterentwicklung des Systems Verantwortung für die Steuerung, Implementierung und Optimierung strategisch relevanter HR-Systeme Ansprechpartner für steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Themen Steuerung des Im- und Expat-Prozesses sowie Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern Mitarbeit an funktions- und länderübergreifenden Projekten Sicherstellung von Prüfungen (Lohnsteuer, Sozialversicherung, SOX) Was Du mitbringst Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder ähnliches Studium bzw. kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit Führungsverantwortung Hervorragende Kenntnisse im Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht Sehr gute SAP-HCM- und Excel-Kenntnisse Verständnis für komplexe Sachverhalte sowie die Fähigkeit, diese vereinfacht wiederzugeben und zu vermitteln Spaß am Umgang mit Zahlen Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Urlaubs- und Arbeitszeitrecht Organisatorisches Talent, Entscheidungsstärke und Führungskompetenz Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein #LI-MA2 Our Total Rewards package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
