The subsidiary has 2,400 employees at 58 sites across the country and serves more than 200,000 customers, from the artisan to petrochemical manufacturers, from analytical laboratories to semiconductors and metallurgy.   How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?   Ce stage a pour mission principale de développer et d'optimiser les procédés industriels de conditionnement de gaz spéciaux pour le marché de la microélectronique, notamment par la proposition d'améliorations d'installations et la participation à la documentation de projets.   Rattaché(e) à notre Ingénieur Procédés dans l’équipe de production ESM dans le cadre de ce stage, vous : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’ingénieur procédés sur des projets de développement et/ ou d’amélioration de procédés industriels sur des process de conditionnements de gaz spéciaux principalement pour le marché de la microélectronique. Dans l’industrie de la microélectronique, les critères sécurité et qualité produits sont primordiaux par rapport aux process de fabrications de nos clients Proposer, valider et mettre en œuvre des améliorations sur les installations de production Participer à l’élaboration des documents de projets ( scopes, plannings et budgets ) Assurer le démarrage des nouveaux équipements de production au bon niveau de sécurité et de qualité défini au préalables dans les études Contributions : Sur le terrain avec les techniciens de production Relevé d’informations, suivi des process Ou au bureau avec l’équipe d'ingénieurs procédés, qualité, sécurité, etc … Réalisation de documents techniques ( analyses fonctionnelles, cahier des charges, PID, PFD, etc) Participation aux analyses de risques Qualité et Sécurité Suivi des chantiers avec les sous traitants, préventeur, service HSE   Are you a MATCH?   Etudiant en école d’ingénieur en 3ème année Maîtrise de procédés industriels, génie chimique et instrumentation Expérience dans le milieu industriels Goût pour apprentissage, partage et le travail en équipe   Our Differences make our Performance At Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.
