Job Description: Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world As an Administrative Assistant, you will have the opportunity to live your values and support the legal organization in ensuring that 3M maintains its high standards of corporate integrity. The impact you will make in this role Providing support to the legal department; following defined processes to collect documents; organizing and tracking matter files and other information; updating cases and significant events quarterly in matter management systems; developing skills to utilize research tools and resources to design and provide reports, such as case summaries, status updates, and expenses; and approving expenditures for work performed by outside vendors. Your Skills and Expertise  To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:  High School diploma (completed), desirable bachelor´s degree. The ability to communicate fluently in verbal and written English, intermediate/advance level. Three to five (3 to 5) years of experience as an administrative assistant in a private, public, or government environment. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:  Three to five (3 to 5) years of experience with electronic discovery and other electronic document/data preservation, search and review technologies. Administrative, organizational, investigative, issue recognition, communication, time management, prioritization, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Previous experience supporting financial or “white collar” investigations. Previous experience leading fact investigations and conducting interviews. The ability to communicate fluently in verbal and written Portuguese. Work Location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the corporate office at Santa Fe, Mexico City.
