Ensures high-quality documentation from project kick-off to close-out to support overall project schedules and requirements. 職務内容 Main Accountabilities Manage, register, distribute, and expedite project-related documents accurately and on time. Collaborate with Project Engineers to oversee the document management process from kick-off to close-out. Execute the latest technologies and innovations, including Auto Transmittal, and propose improvements for project efficiency. Maintain high-quality document control to minimize errors in registration or distribution delays. Create expediting reports for engineering disciplines and vendors to mitigate documentation-related risks. Prioritize documents subject to milestones, payments, and penalties to ensure financial and schedule compliance. Demonstrate leadership by executing KOB Document Management procedures. Differentiating Criteria Decision Making: Expected to manage documentation workflows independently and refer complex process issues to the Project Engineering Management Group Manager. Impact: Direct influence on project timeline through proactive distribution and expediting of technical documents. 応募資格 Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 3 years of Document Controller experience (preferably in the EP/EPC industry). Native-level Japanese and fluent English communication skills. Deep understanding of document management processes and industrial project requirements.
