The subsidiary has 2,400 employees at 58 sites across the country and serves more than 200,000 customers, from the artisan to petrochemical manufacturers, from analytical laboratories to semiconductors and metallurgy.   How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?   Rédaction des plans de maintenance pour l’ensembles des groupes frigorifiques de l’Italie et de l’Ibérie   Rattachée au maintenance Implémentation Leader du cluster SWE de l'équipe maintenance Excellence SWE, dans le cadre de ce stage, vous aurez à accomplir les tâches ci-dessous : Maintenance: Recensement des groupes frigorifiques sur l’Italie, l’Espagne et le Portugal Valider dans la GMAO (Maximo) le nombre de groupes et créer les groupes manquants. Analyser les PID de chaque groupe et valider les équipements se trouvant dans la GMAO. Créer les équipements manquants à l’aide des CMMS de chaque région. Créer un template de chargement des équipements manquants pour l’envoyer à ALIZENT. Élaborer pour chaque site les plans de maintenance sur la base des plans de maintenance génériques du cluster. Réaliser un gap Analysis entre Maximo (GMAO) et les plans de maintenance créés. Demander à ALIZENT (gestion de la GMAO) la création des gammes et des fiches de maintenance préventive dans Maximo.  Procurement (Achat) Élaborer pour chaque site du cluster un Appel d’Offre sur la base des nouveaux plans de maintenance.
