Job Description: As an global marketing manager for glazing business, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing glazing products. Developing annual operating plan, strategic marketing plan on glazing business. Implementing the strategic marketing plan – Including campaigns, events, digital marketing, etc. Undertaking continuous analysis of market trends and competitive environment. Gathering customer insights to continually refine our product roadmaps. Leading NPI programs, work closely with NPI team to define marketing materials and programs. Working closely with sales team, enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations. Managing glazing portfolio to continue our revenue and margin growth Your Skills and Expertise  To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) Three (3) years of industry experience in automotive or electronics in a private, public, government or military environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Five (5) years of industry experience in automotive or electronics in a private, public, government or military environment Glazing industry experience MBA from an accredited institution Learn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Twitter @3M.
