C’est notre façon, à nous, de réinventer la santé du quotidien.   Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous épanouir dans ce poste ?   Provide patients at home a suite of services (including Medical Device installation, training/coaching according to the patient's needs), to support them with their chronic diseases within the framework of the medical prescription as well as local regulations.   Main Accountabilities Install Medical Devices in patients' homes and in hospitals according to the local regulations, the medical prescription and the expectations of the prescriber Train the patient in the use of his equipment according to the local regulations Provide feedback to the prescriber on the patient's autonomy, follow-up, and compliance with their treatment Ensure the satisfaction of patients and prescribers as part of the follow-up of their treatment. Trace incidents relating to materiovigilance Differentiating Criteria Level of Expertise: Good knowledge of products and must present product to external stakeholders Decision-Making Authority: Job duties are determined weekly/daily by local leadership but there is some latitude regarding process flow and order of completion.
