Job Summary Are you a student, available for minimum 6 months and looking for an internship? Four several teams in Hilversum we are looking for   Intern (s) Marketing assistant / Project Coordinator IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. As a student placement (April  – Dec 2026) within the Fragrance Ingredients Marketing & Project Management team based in Hilversum, Netherlands, you will experience both B2B marketing and many aspects of the amazing world of scent. You will be part of a truly international and creative team and will work closely with other functions to help create unforgettable customer experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their marketing/project management career and learn about the intricacies of B2B marketing in the dynamic scent sector You will learn to Make a Difference in Assist creating marketing materials and presentations within our brand guidelines, using IFF templates (labels, ppt slides, etc.) and information from different libraries and IFF tools. Assist creating and coordinating different marketing project plans and timelines (xls) and support with monitoring the projects. Assist with the ingredient sample preparation with the different Creative Centers/Application Lab Teams globally, ensuring that all resources (samples, bases, oils, packaging) are available at the Creative Center(s) to complete the project and discuss the planning to ensure timely delivery of the samples. Assist with the preparation of physical packages (samples, labels, packaging). Assist in organizing and coordinating B2B events, trade shows, and exhibitions, including logistics, collateral preparation, and shipments. Sample coordination and team alignment to ensure timely preparation, availability, and shipment of project-related materials (benchmarks, bases, oils, applications) to support fragrance projects, collections, and ad hoc requests. Preparation of physical sample packages (assemble, decants, label, package). Project coordination of selected projects Manage intake, progress tracking, and delivery of projects through teams and the PUMA project management system. What Makes You the Right Fit Currently pursuing a master’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, project management, or a related field in a Dutch University. Professional English skills are required, written or oral (mandatory). Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and layout and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Be available fulltime (onsite in Hilversum) for minimum 6 months (you need to be a student) How Would You Stand Out?
