Job Summary We are looking for our Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and processing customer orders, inquiries, and complaints related to our products. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and processing customer orders, inquiries, and complaints related to our products. You will maintain strong, ongoing relationships with selected customers and collaborate closely with the sales team. Your deep understanding of our products, availability, sales territories, and customer profiles will enable you to serve as a key communication link between the company and its clients. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate and respond sensitively to customer needs, supported by a solid command of our products and internal processes. This position is located in Dangé-Saint-Romain.   Where You’ll Make a Difference   Manage customer orders including domestic, export and consignment orders based on Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance policy : order entry, order confirmation, invoice issuance and order follow-up till good delivery to customers inclusive documentation and problem solving if any Process a credit note or a debit note related to a sales order or customer complaint Coordinate customer complaints and service cases related to a sales order Respond to customer’s inquiry in a timely and accurate manner Build a strong partnership with internal and external stakeholders Implement and/or optimize work processes, techniques and systems; share knowledge (best practice) and contribute to continuous improvement in Order to Cash process Support internal/external audit as needed   What Makes You the Right Fit    Bachelor’s degree (no specific major fields required) 2-3 years' experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain of business to business Knowledge in domestic and international trade Expert knowledge of MS Office tools Knowledge in SAP Fluent business English communication skills Other foreign language skills can be a plus   How Would You Stand Out?   Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization Highly collaborative and team player Cross cultural awareness Training / Certifications : SAP training, Microsoft Office tools training (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Incoterm and Payment Term training Why Choose Us?   You contribute directly to iconic global brands.
