Four our Marketing team in Hilversum we are looking for an   Intern Marketing assistant IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. As a student placement (May 2026  – Dec 2026) within the Fragrance Ingredients Marketing & Project Management team based in Hilversum, Netherlands, you will experience both B2B marketing and many aspects of the amazing world of scent. You will be part of a truly international and creative team and will work closely with other functions to help create unforgettable customer experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their marketing/project management career and learn about the intricacies of B2B marketing in the dynamic scent sector. In this hands-on operational role, you will be responsible for digital tasks as well, including preparing marketing materials You will learn to Make a Difference in Assist creating marketing materials and presentations within our brand guidelines, using IFF templates (labels, ppt slides, etc.) and information from different libraries and IFF tools. Assist creating and coordinating different marketing project plans and timelines (xls) and support with monitoring the projects. Assist with the ingredient sample preparation with the different Creative Centers/Application Lab Teams globally, ensuring that all resources (samples, bases, oils, packaging) are available at the Creative Center(s) to complete the project and discuss the planning to ensure timely delivery of the samples. Assist with the preparation of physical packages (samples, labels, packaging). Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, portfolio management, perfumery team to collect/follow up on requests, information and monitor projects. Assist in organizing and coordinating B2B events, trade shows, and exhibitions, including logistics, collateral preparation, and shipments. What Makes You the Right Fit Currently pursuing a master’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, project management, or a related field in Dutch University. Professional English skills are required, written or oral (mandatory). Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and layout and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. You must be a full‑time student for the entire duration of the internship and be able to work onsite in Hilversum How Would You Stand Out? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
