Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir dich als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Mergers & Acquisitions in unserer Zentrale in Hannover. Es handelt sich um befristete Anstellung für 3 Monate für 20 h / Woche. Deine Aufgaben Unterstützung des M&A-Teams bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Transaktionen Durchführung von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Branchenanalysen Erstellung und Pflege von Finanzmodellen und Business Cases Aufbereitung von Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für interne und externe Stakeholder Koordination mit externen Beratern, Anwälten und Finanzinstituten Datenraum-Management inklusive Dokumentenprüfung und Versionskontrolle Teilnahme an M&A-Meetings sowie Protokollführung Mitwirkung bei Post-Merger-Integrationsthemen und Synergie-Tracking Dein Profil Laufendes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance, Controlling, Accounting oder vergleichbar, mindestens im 3.
