How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?     ​We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer specialized in dynamic equipment. You will be responsible for the organization of repair and maintenance of dynamic equipment of the company's process units in Atyrau.   We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer specialized in dynamic equipment. You will be responsible for the organization of repair and maintenance of dynamic equipment of the company's process units in Atyrau. This is a 5/2 regular work week position and you would be expected to be located in Atyrau. As a Mechanical Engineer of dynamic equipment at Air Liquide we would like you: To provide the uninterrupted and technically correct operation and reliability of the dynamic equipment of the plant in accordance with the rules, norms, internal documents of the company and operational instructions; To participate in tuning, adjustment, individual and complex testing, commissioning and step-by-step putting into operation of equipment; To timely develop the plans (schedules) of inspections, testing and preventive repair of the dynamic equipment in Maximo program, to approve these plans and control their fulfillment. To provide the technical preparation of the production facilities and rational use of materials for the repair works in accordance with risk analysis; To analyze any incidents or near incidents, any deviations and faults in operation in order to define main causes and take measures to eliminate or/and prevent them; To initiate a purchasing request for spare parts and participate to technical discussions with potential suppliers in order to prepare the purchasing request, describe in details the scope of work; To execute by yourself or together with the help of Service Company the equipment maintenance in accordance with the schedule (repair or change of defective devices, tuning of setting, etc) and the follow up of devices (vibrations, etc); To contribute to the preparation of the annual maintenance plan in Maximo program respecting Suppliers’ recommendations, Air Liquide’s recommendations and Kazakhstan Regulations as well as the corresponding budget (maintenance and investment); To contribute to budget year control on site. To control expenses according to the budget and correct it within a year in cooperation with maintenance manager; To comply with the rules of labor protection, industrial safety and occupational health, fire safety, environmental protection, ecological safety, technical operation of the equipment and tools, electrical safety. To comply with the requirements of current legislation, local regulations, internal policies and procedures; To comply with instructions of the operational director, plant manager, maintenance manager and other engineers of the ALMTG, regarding compliance with process mode and safe operation of equipment.   Are you a MATCH?    1. Bachelor degree in engineering or related technical diploma 2. 5+ years of experience in industrial environment with knowledge of troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance procedures for industrial equipment and machinery 3.
