How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The mission of the Dispatcher is to organize the cylinder secondary deliveries to the customers of Cairo area based on optimal distribution plan while minimizing the costs, taking into account legal and operational constraints and achieving high standards of safety, quality and efficiency. The Cylinder Dispatcher also maintains the transport data in the routing tool to ensure the quality of the optimization of the routing tool. Strategic Dispatch & Order Fulfillment Direct end-to-end distribution for Cylinder (HE & GFS) operations, overseeing primary shipments and inter-site transfers. Command the 24/7 emergency response desk, ensuring rapid resolution of urgent orders and zero service downtime. Manage high-fidelity data entry for daily sales analysis to drive accurate business forecasting. Engineer optimized delivery routes that aggressively reduce overhead while maximizing order fill rates. Fleet Management & Tactical Operations Audit fleet readiness through rigorous truck checklist validation and the issuance of daily mission orders. Lead personnel logistics, including driver scheduling, overtime administration, and petty cash management. Conduct daily Toolbox Talks (TBT) to anchor the team in operational goals and safety culture. Enforce policy compliance by monitoring real-time shipment progress and ensuring 100% adherence to driving regulations. Efficiency, Safety & Quality Control Analyze operational KPIs to identify "non-quality" costs and execute strategies for financial recovery. Simulate advanced dispatch models using digital routing tools to pioneer more efficient delivery schemes. Champion safety stewardship by proactively reporting non-compliance and leading continuous improvement audits. Implement data-driven solutions that bridge the gap between operational speed and safety standards. ___________________ Are you a MATCH? Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Transportation, Commerce, or Engineering. Professional Track Record: 1to 3 years of hands-on experience in Fleet Management or high-volume logistics operations. Technical Expertise & Systems Supply Chain Mastery: Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain mechanics, including advanced route planning, real-time tracking, and logistics optimization. Systems Proficiency: Power-user of enterprise logistics environments (e.i.: ERP systems, MS Power BI, COT,..) Strong spatial awareness and local geographic knowledge to ensure efficient route mapping and territory management. Leadership & Operational Excellence Decisive Leadership: Proven ability to manage diverse teams, navigate high-pressure scenarios, and make rapid, calculated decisions. Resource Optimization: Expert at establishing structured work plans, prioritizing critical tasks, and strategically allocating resources to meet operational demands. Execution-Focused: Disciplined approach to following through on operational plans while remaining agile enough to pivot when priorities shift.
