Where You’ll Make a Difference Perform quality control testing and assist with equipment calibration. Operate various process equipment safely and efficiently. Run automated packing machines and carry out general packing duties. Operate a forklift as required for material handling. Load, mix, and prepare ingredients for production processes. Generate labels and complete basic computer-related tasks. Support the Shift Manager by performing role‑specific operational duties. We are seeking an energetic team player to join our small, friendly team. We do shift work on rotation, each shift is 12 hours and the Plant runs 6pm Sunday night to 6pm Friday night, with a generous shift allowance for night shift. Hours are 6am – 6pm (day shift) and 6pm – 6am (night shift) current roster pattern is 2 weeks Night shift and 3 weeks day shift with scheduled days off during the week on days. Starting hourly rate of $28.30 per hour. Additional Shift allowance of $5.00 per hour when working night shift. Pay rate starts as at a Packing Operator with opportunities to progress through to other roles in the factory. -          Quality Control Operator -          Loading Operator -          Process Operator Progression pathways and starting rates are based on previous manufacturing environment experience.
