Job Summary Assist Research and Development engineers that design and test product ideas, develop new products, and perform redesigns. Where You’ll Make a Difference Execute application requests across multiple categories following IFF procedures. Perform and coordinate stability testing under predefined conditions. Prepare and maintain stability reports with accuracy and attention to detail. Manage laboratory bases, containers, and supplies to ensure smooth operations. Maintain information in systems such as Puma and TWB. Coordinate sample preparation for consumer testing (CI). Organize internal and customer stability smelling sessions and maintain evaluation agendas. Measure and analyze physicochemical parameters (GC, viscosity, pH, active content) to ensure technical compliance. What Makes You the Right Fit High school degree complete. Knowledge of Mathematics, Organic Chemistry, and Analytical Chemistry. Experience working with laboratory equipment and balances. Basic English proficiency. Strong computer literacy. Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to follow procedures. How You Would Stand Out Previous training in olfactory evaluation. Prior experience in the fragrance, consumer goods, or chemical industry.
