A Karbantartási Üzletág csapatába keresünk új Service Billing Specialist , aki kulcsszerepet tölt be a karbantartási és szervizfolyamatok adminisztratív támogatásában, a számlázási feladatok előkészítésében, valamint a riportok és kimutatások magas színvonalú elkészítésében. A pozíció közvetlen hatással van a részleg hatékonyságára és az ügyfélélményre, ezért olyan kollégát várunk, aki proaktív, megbízható és szívesen dolgozik csapatban. Főbb feladatok A Karbantartásvezetők és a Szervizvezetés támogatása adminisztrációs tevékenységekben és riportok készítésében Napi szintű karbantartási asszisztensi feladatok ellátása, folyamatos együttműködés a karbantartó kollégákkal Ügyfelek egyedi adminisztratív folyamataihoz való alkalmazkodás és a szerződéses feltételek betartásának biztosítása Karbantartások és hibaelhárítások számlázásának előkészítése heti és havi szinten; számlareklamációk kezelésének támogatása Heti, havi statisztikák, kimutatások és negyedéves elszámolások készítése a Szervizvezetés számára Aktív részvétel új folyamatok megismerésében és bevezetésében Kulcsfelhasználói szerepkör ellátása belső rendszerekben; tréningek tartása hazai és nemzetközi kollégák számára Ügyféloldali változások, igények kezelése és továbbítása a megfelelő csapat felé CRM rendszeren keresztül Kiemelt figyelem az SLA-k betartására és a magas szintű ügyfélélmény biztosítására Elvárások Minimum 5 év releváns tapasztalat multinacionális vállalati környezetben Ügyfélorientált gondolkodásmód Proaktív, „can-do” attitűd Holisztikus és komplex szemléletmód Analitikus gondolkodás és jó problémamegoldó képesség Kiváló kommunikáció szóban és írásban Magabiztos, minimum középfokú angol nyelvtudás (szóban & írásban) Riportok, kimutatások készítésében szerzett tapasztalat (Excel felhasználói szintű ismerete) CRM rendszerek ismerete előny Nyitott, pozitív, együttműködő személyiség Erős csapatmunkára való képesség Előny: Tréningek tartásában szerzett tapasztalat 10 ujjas gépírás Amit kínálunk Stabil, nemzetközi háttér Támogató, együttműködő csapat Felelősségteljes, sokrétű munkakör Fejlődési lehetőségek és rendszeres tréningek Versenyképes juttatási csomag At KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
