The role is based in Garín, Buenos Aires Province ( part‑time, hybrid role – 2 to 3 days on-site per week ). Where You’ll Make a Difference Prepare and maintain production schedules to optimize equipment utilization and meet production demands. Review production requests and develop accurate timetables for operational needs. Coordinate with requesters to clarify requirements or adjust schedules when necessary. Communicate equipment and resource loading status to production and section management. Plan and schedule maintenance downtime to ensure continuity and minimize disruptions. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all production requests and schedules. Support alignment between raw material planning, production operations, and customer service teams. Identify potential scheduling risks and propose solutions to avoid delays. What Makes You the Right Fit Current Industrial Engineering student OR graduated Industrial Engineer. Availability for a part‑time hybrid schedule (2–3 days per week on-site in Garín). Foundational knowledge of production planning concepts (from coursework or prior experience). Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; SAP familiarity is a plus. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams. Fluency in English. Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities. How Would You Stand Out? Previous internship or project experience in manufacturing or supply chain. Experience with planning or scheduling tools (SAP, Excel-based planners, or similar). Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment. Why Choose Us?
