Job Summary In a regulated chemical industrial environment, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer who will contribute to the operational excellence of LMR Naturals by IFF sites. LMR Naturals by IFF is a leader in the manufacturing of high‑quality natural ingredients for the perfumery, cosmetics, and flavor industries. In a regulated chemical industrial environment, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer who will contribute to the operational excellence of LMR Naturals by IFF sites by optimizing the extraction, transformation, and packaging processes of natural ingredients.. He/She will act as a methodological reference , driving sustainable improvements in safety, product quality, industrial performance, regulatory compliance, and sustainability . Collaborate with commercial or industrial designers to refine product designs. Increase producibility and optimize manufacturing flows. Contribute to cost reduction by improving product and process efficiency.
