Where You’ll Make a Difference • Support the R&D Delivery Systems team in daily laboratory and pilot plant activities. • Assist with sample preparation, basic testing, and routine analyses. • Help maintain equipment, materials, and lab organization. • Participate in small‑scale trials under guidance from senior team members. • Collect and record data in an accurate and reliable manner. • Support technology transfer tasks between lab, pilot plant, and production teams. • Follow safety procedures and good laboratory practices. What Makes You the Right Fit • PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Biotechnology, or a closely related field. • Strong motivation to learn and apply scientific and technical knowledge. • Basic laboratory skills and comfort working with scientific or processing equipment. • Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and document work clearly. • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. • Team‑focused mindset with good communication abilities. • Working knowledge of English and Spanish. How Would You Stand Out? • Knowledge or academic exposure to microencapsulation, emulsions, or delivery systems. • Experience gained through thesis work, academic projects, or internships. • Familiarity with lab safety procedures and lab documentation practices.
