Join our dynamic team and embark on an exciting journey of innovation and growth as we seek a hard-working and dedicated individual for role of STP Systems Specialist to join the STP Systems, Automation and Services Team to work with the country teams, global SMEs and IT to develop and deploy improved operational performance across the STP spectrum. This will also develop an effective continuous improvement community and support a pipeline of initiatives to deliver a frictionless, cost-effective end user experience.  What will you be doing? Role will have a strong background in Source to Pay Operations, mainly in delivering technical competence and guidance on how to deploy STP tools and technology in a fast-paced and complex environment. Contribute to a Source to Pay transformation initiative spanning 60 legal entities and integrating over 7 ERP systems, driving harmonization and operational efficiency. Support strategic Global Procurement projects aligned with SNOS initiatives, including the implementation of an enterprise-wide Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool and other high-impact solutions in the pipeline. Participate in the design, build, testing, deployment and post go-live support of strategic finance, procurement and automation related projects worldwide. Raise and manage system-related incidents, ensuring timely escalation and resolution. Execute functional testing of new system features, identifying and documenting defects, and coordinating with system or software providers for resolution. Manage day-to-day external relationships with Esker, SAP Ariba, ORO and other systems / software providers. Be the Subject Matter Expert / Ambassador for Esker and Ariba P2P. Review and assess the capabilities of SAP Ariba and Esker systems in line with business requirements. Ensure SAP Ariba P2P and Esker and other STP tools are optimized from a technical perspective. Provide technical guidance and recommendations as a subject matter expert in STP Operations in order to diagnose and develop recommendations to solve business unit level problems. Develop and deliver training to increase awareness within STP Operations of existing or new policies and procedures and platform functionality, to optimize performance and increase compliance. Assist in the continuous improvement, implementation and alignment of procurement processes and relevant documentation. Engage with all internal and external customers to provide the highest quality of customer service in the resolution of escalated issues. Develop/Maintain reporting to track SLA's and KPI's. What will you need to be successful? Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science or Information Systems is preferred - or equivalent. Licenses/ Certifications: Ariba certification would be an advantage Operating Mode: Work from office – 2 days in a week. Experience: 3+ experience working in a Procurement organization or STP solution provider Hands-on project deployment experience on a global level so you can demonstrate robust understanding of the integration of procure to pay processes in the overall process landscape Experience with Global/Multi language system landscape. Experience working with the SAP Ariba platform/Esker is preferred. Excellent knowledge across Procurement and Procure to Pay processes. Experience working within a multi-site business.
