Il Tecnico Manutentore è il viso di KONE e attraverso la nostra competenza tecnica e la connettività digitale fornisce un servizio di manutenzione il più possibile vicino alle esigenze dei nostri clienti. Il Manutentore garantisce il funzionamento affidabile e sicuro degli impianti in conformità ai requisiti del contratto di assistenza, alle linee guida aziendali e ai processi KONE. Attività Effettua la manutenzione su porte automatiche; Ha la responsabilità di mantenere relazioni eccellenti con i clienti, la persona di contatto e gli utenti finali, fornendo servizi di alta qualità e comunicazioni regolari, proattive e precise (chiamata per intervento, lavoro eseguito, ecc.); Effettua interventi su chiamata per impianti fermi o mal funzionanti; Esegue visite periodiche e straordinarie; È responsabile delle performance e della sicurezza degli impianti. Requisiti e Competenze Attitudine alla soluzione di problemi e buone capacità di comunicazione con clienti e utenti; Una mentalità orientata al servizio al cliente e la capacità di lavorare come parte di una squadra; Pregressa esperienza in ambito manutenzione e/o montaggio porte automatiche; ​Conoscenza delle disposizioni in materia di sicurezza e impegno nell' utilizzo dei dispositivi di sicurezza; Le persone interessate possono inviare la propria candidatura con autorizzazione ai sensi del GDPR   - Regolamento Europeo 679/2016- .
