Responsibilities for Sourcing Manager/Specialist: • Ensure timely, quality and cost competitive supply to unit • Responsible for relative sourcing category spend • Responsible for meeting targets and deliverables set by SuM • Support implementation of unit and/or category led sourcing initiatives • Ensure cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder relationships • Drive local supplier negotiation, selection and management based on KONE strategic sourcing process (BENIM) • Manage level 2 supplier quality performance issues • Support regular reporting of unit KPI’s including monthly budget / forecast data • Responsible to update and maintain price lists in relevant systems and databases • Ensure compliance and adherence to KONE sourcing (KSO) policies and procedures • Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards Responsibilities for Sourcing Manager: • Accountable for sourcing operations of relevant team • Manage the performance of the sourcing team and allocation of team resources At KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
