Job Description Aufgaben - Das erwartet Sie bei uns: Datenanalyse zur Früherkennung von systematischen Produktfehlern im Feld Durchführung von Datenanalysen zur Sicherstellung einer kontinuierlichen und transparenten Verbesserung der Produktqualität Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Prozesse und Tools Entwicklung und Aufbau von Datenmodellen und Reporting-Dashboards zur Visualisierung und Nutzung im globalen Servicebereich Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Datenanalyseanfragen und -projekten Qualifikationen - Was wir uns wünschen: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Hohe Affinität zu Zukunftstechnologien wie z. B.
