Your potential is our inspiration. Where You’ll Make a Difference Collaborates with operations and maintenance teams to understand material handling requirements and improve handling methods. Evaluates current processes, recommends cost‑effective improvements, and supports troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of equipment. Sets maintenance priorities, establishes work standards, and participates in preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Ensures all assigned maintenance work meets safety, health, environmental, cGMP, and HACCP requirements. Provides safety‑related training and conducts job safety analyses for both in‑house and outsourced maintenance activities. Monitors and completes facility inspections, acting as a liaison with regulatory, insurance, and inspection bodies. Investigates system failures, implements corrective actions, and ensures environmental compliance in maintenance projects. Participates in site programs related to EHS, quality, food safety, hazard identification, emergency response, and audits. Improves equipment reliability through innovative modifications, preventive maintenance, and cost‑reduction or efficiency‑enhancing projects. What Makes You the Right Fit. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with 5 years of relevant experience. Proficient in ERP systems; SAP experience highly desirable. Solid understanding of GMP for food additives and pharmaceutical excipients. Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills (Word, Excel, SAP). How Would You Stand Out?
