Your potential is our inspiration. Where You’ll Make a Difference Serve as a recognized industrial expert in the Ice Cream category, contributing deep technical insight. Develop, refine, and validate industrially proven formulations for ice cream and frozen desserts. Optimize ingredients, formulations and processes to enhance product performance and quality. Lead and execute complex, cross‑functional projects with strong project management capabilities. Collaborate with internal teams to identify portfolio gaps and contribute to new concept development. Ensure alignment between formulation, processing, sensory expectations, and consumer preferences. Conduct technical investigations and document findings through high‑quality technical reports. Build and strengthen global technical networks to accelerate category innovation. Provide expert troubleshooting support for industrial ice cream processing and technologies. What Makes You the Right Fit Completed university or college degree. Preferably 15 years of experience in the food or ingredients industry, with significant focus on ice cream or frozen dessert applications. Preferably 5–10 years of cross‑functional leadership or interdepartmental collaboration experience. Advanced understanding of ice cream ingredients, raw materials, functional behavior, and processing technologies. Demonstrated ability to independently lead customer projects across multiple regions. Strong capability to translate technical insights into commercially viable solutions. Proven ability to build and lead cross‑functional project teams. Experience partnering with commercial, R&D, and category teams to drive innovation. Availability to travel for customer visits, trainings, and seminars, including within and outside Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. How You Would Stand Out Master’s degree and/or PhD in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Chemistry, or related fields. Experience supporting global brand development and category strategy.
