Wij zijn op zoek naar een Surgical Solutions Specialist die eersteklas klinische en technische ondersteuning biedt voor onze Knee & Hip-portfolio, in nauwe samenwerking met chirurgen en OK-teams. Als Surgical Solutions Specialist bent u een vertrouwde technische expert in de operatiekamer en ondersteunt u het veilige en effectieve gebruik van onze implantaten, instrumenten en ondersteunende technologieën, waaronder CORI Robotics. U bouwt sterke relaties op met klinische stakeholders en draagt tegelijk bij aan pre-salesactiviteiten om onze activiteiten binnen bestaande accounts verder uit te breiden.   Geografische regio: Limburg   Wat gaat u doen? Deskundige technische ondersteuning bieden in de OK bij Knee & Hip-procedures Het veilige en effectieve gebruik van Smith+Nephew-implantaten en instrumentarium ondersteunen Producttrainingen en hands-on workshops verzorgen voor chirurgen en OK-personeel Sterke relaties opbouwen en onderhouden met chirurgen, verpleegkundigen, OK-managers en ziekenhuisstakeholders Logistiek coördineren met Customer Care om een efficiënte consignatie- en leenbeheer te garanderen Implementatie, installatie en basis troubleshooting van CORI-roboticasystemen ondersteunen Pre-salesinitiatieven leiden en ondersteunen om nieuwe gebruikers te onboarden en productadoptie te vergroten Nieuwe producten, klinische evidentie en value propositions presenteren aan klanten Nauw samenwerken met Sales- en Business Development-teams Deelnemen aan medische opleidingsactiviteiten, workshops en nationale orthopedische congressen   Wat heeft u nodig om succesvol te zijn? Bachelor­diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring in een klinisch, technisch of wetenschappelijk domein Degelijke kennis van Orthopedie en ervaring in een operatiekameromgeving Sterke technische aanleg en probleemoplossend vermogen Uitstekende interpersoonlijke en communicatieve vaardigheden Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken in een field-based functie (50–70% reizen) Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail Een continue leermindset en interesse in innovatieve chirurgische technologieën (Ervaring met robotica of Smith+Nephew-producten is een sterke troef)   You.
