Where You’ll Make a Difference Develop an in-depth understanding of key fine fragrance markets, players, retail channels, activations, communication styles, launches, consumption periods, and consumer profiles to become the market expert. Identify and leverage key social, product, brand, format, and olfactive trends to translate them into customized fragrance solutions and compelling marketing rationales. Stay up to date with global and regional fragrance and format trends and consistently share insights with local teams. Analyze customer brand strategies, portfolios, and products to proactively identify gaps and needs, transforming them into actionable insights and strategic opportunities. Partner with Account Managers to build strong programs and deepen relationships with targeted customers. Utilize IFF’s corporate capabilities and differentiators to strengthen our competitive positioning. Plan, organize, and deliver inspirational customer presentations, events, and workshops, translating them into business opportunities. Create relevant and impactful concepts aligned with market needs and trends. Drive collaboration with cross-functional and regional teams to build strong fragrance storytelling, olfactive descriptions, perfumer interviews, and product concepts rooted in trends and consumer insights. What Makes You the Right Fit Minimum of 3 years of brand, communication and/or marketing experience in the Beauty & Fine Fragrance Industry Proactive, autonomous, creative, agile, flexible, and curious mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to inspire and influence. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative and meet deadlines. Results-driven with exceptional attention to detail. Genuine passion for the Fragrance and Beauty industry. How Would You Stand Out? Strong visual and creative storytelling capabilities. Exposure to regional marketing or customer-facing roles.
