Voor het innovation center van IFF in Hilversum zijn wij op zoek naar een fulltime (Sr) Technisch Beheerder  - Installaties & Gebouw onderhoud International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) is een wereldwijde marktleider in de ontwikkeling en productie van geur- en smaakstoffen. Binnen operations zorg je voor de juiste uitvoering -  van inkoop tot levering en betrouwbaarheid – met focus op kwaliteit, veiligheid, efficientie en duurzaamheid in de hele keten. Als Technisch medewerker maak je deel uit van het facility team. Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van alle gebouwgebonden installaties. Van HVAC tot brandveiligheid en kleine verbouwingen: jij zorgt dat alles draait. Je werkt nauw samen met de facility manager aan onderhoudsplannen en renovatieprojecten. Waar maak jij het verschil? Beheer en onderhoud van bouwkundige zaken & technische installaties Coördinatie van storingen, onderhoud en verbouwingen Aansturen van externe partijen Meewerken aan renovatie- en verbeterprojecten Wat maakt jou de juiste kandidaat? Mbo-diploma in een technische richting Kennis van verwarming, koeling, luchtbehandeling- en gebouwsystemen Kennis van elektrotechniek en NEN 3140 Ervaring met installaties en onderhoud van gebouwen.
