Key information Start date: June 1st, 2026 Duration: 12 months , full-time Gross monthly salary: 1’850 CHF Location: VF EMEA Headquarters in Stabio, Switzerland Streamlined recruitment process: 3 interviews (Recruiter, Hiring Manager, potential Business Case) Eligibility requirements You must be graduating after May 1st, 2026 OR you must have a student status as of June 2026 You must hold EU or EEA (European Economic Area) citizenship Let’s talk about the role!      Bring your builder mindset to scale AI across iconic outdoor brands.  We’re hiring an  AI & Digital Innovation Intern  to drive rapid experimentation with tools and workflows that improve digital experiences end - to - end.   Drive rapid experimentation  across ecommerce by evaluating and testing digital tools, platforms, and workflows that improve brand experiences and team productivity.   Collaborate cross functionally  with engineering, design, and marketing to pilot solutions, research emerging trends in AI/DXP, and present clear recommendations backed by lightweight experiments and metrics.  Get ready to make an impact! Here’s what you’ll be responsible for joining our team as AI & Digital Innovation Intern : Assist  in evaluating and testing new digital tools, platforms, and workflows that improve brand experiences across e-commerce storefronts  Collaborate  with engineering, design, and marketing teams to support project delivery and cross-functional communication   Research emerging trends  in e-commerce, AI, and digital experience platforms and present findings to the team  Craft and refine prompts & guardrails  for internal AI tools to support tasks like content ideation, QA, and consumer insights.   Frame problems into hypotheses  and design lightweight experiments (pilots/AB tests, before after studies), define success metrics, and report outcomes with clear narratives.   How you will make a difference You’ll make a difference by bringing a entrepreneur mindset—spotting opportunities, trying things quickly, and turning simple ideas into real, measurable improvements. Your curiosity for AI and talent for crafting smart prompts will help our teams experiment faster and unlock new ways of working. Skills that will make you succeed: Problem framing & experimentation skills —ability to translate ambiguous needs into clear hypotheses, simple test designs, and meaningful, business relevant metrics.  E-commerce and DXP intuition —familiarity with storefront UX, content workflows, CMS/DXP concepts (nice to have, not mandatory).   Storytelling that drives decisions —turn complex tests into crisp narratives, demos, and recommendations for nontechnical stakeholders.   An engineering degree is nice to have, but not required —we care most about your curiosity, projects, and evidence of impact.  What’s in it for you In the role of AI & Digital Innovation Intern, you will work side by side with engineering, design, and marketing; learn how decisions travel from strategy to storefront.  Gain a front row seat to ecommerce, AI, and DXP trends in a multi - brand environment with global reach.   We will support you with ad hoc trainings and networking opportunities across other functions and brands!    At the end of the Internship period, you can expect to have a clear understanding of the below:  Handson AI in the real world:  go from idea to pilot to measurable impact across multiple brands’ ecommerce experiences.   Mentorship & craft growth:  guided learning in experimentation, prompt design, and AI product thinking; access to team playbooks and internal training.   Portfolio ready outcomes:  ship case studies, prompt libraries, enablement assets, and experiment readouts you can proudly showcase.   The VF EMEA Internship Program is a 12-month journey designed to develop and empower emerging talents at the start of their careers.
