Where You’ll Make a Difference Accurately manufacture batches by measuring, weighing, and adding ingredients according to established procedures. Operate production equipment—including pressure kettles, mix tanks, pumps, and scales—in a safe and efficient manner. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment to ensure equipment remains in proper working condition. Follow all safety protocols, including the use of a full‑face respirator when required for specific materials. Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules in a fast‑paced environment. Document production activities accurately using computer systems and digital tools. Support continuous improvement by identifying and communicating opportunities to enhance processes. What Makes You the Right Fit High school diploma or GED (General Educational Development) required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Strong math and measurement skills to ensure precise batch preparation. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Ability to work weekends when needed to meet customer demand. Proficiency using computers and navigating multiple systems; experience with SAP (Systems, Applications & Products in Data Processing) is preferred. Ability to safely lift 50 lbs (22.6 kg) and perform physical work in a production environment. Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment, including full‑face respirators. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes or equipment. How Would You Stand Out? Experience in batch manufacturing or operating mix tanks, pressure systems, or similar equipment.
