Your potential is our inspiration. Where You’ll Make a Difference Lead the implementation and standardization of QMS processes across all Scent sites. Ensure uniform document control throughout all stages of the QMS and manage interrelations to achieve intended results effectively and efficiently, in alignment with business unit and corporate policies. Ensure product quality consistency and harmonizing processes globally. Perform internal audits at manufacturing sites to verify compliance, identify gaps, and drive corrective and preventive actions. Incorporate customer requirements, regulatory standards, and organizational context into the QMS framework to fully support the IFF Scent strategy. Deliver outputs that include customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, adherence to specifications, and measurable QMS results (KPIs). Map and track all the Quality projects from the area. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor of Science in Biology, food science, Chemistry, Biological Sciences or any other relevant discipline. Minimum 8-12 years relevant experience in similar industry. Strong expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies. Experience working at manufacturing sites. Experience with document control systems and best practices. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including statistical analysis and trending. Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross‑functional collaboration. Willingness to travel as required. How Would You Stand Out? Certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001, PCQI Certification). Familiarity with regulatory, standards and compliance requirements relevant. Ability to develop and deliver training programs effectively. Why Choose Us?
