Job Summary: As the People Service Operations Manager at Rolls-Royce, you will lead the HR Teams & support the transformation of our services. At the heart of your leadership will be our strategic "Three E’s" framework: driving operational Efficiency through lean automation, ensuring process Effectiveness by maintaining world-class standards, and delivering a seamless Employee Experience at every touchpoint. You will be responsible for daily service delivery, the strategic management of HR operations, optimizing global processes, and building a high-performance culture within the GBS structure. What You will be doing: Leading end-to-end HR operations in the region, ensuring service delivery meets the highest quality and timeliness standards. (according to targeted SLA/KPIs) Designing and implementing process optimization / changes to increase efficiency and enhance the Employee Experience. Acting as a key partner in global organisation: aligning & implementing HR policies and tools according to global standards. Overseeing the operational BAU and managing relationships with key business stakeholders and external vendors. Ensuring best in class service delivery across sub-teams, according to local regulations (internal & external) Improving current ways of working & maximizing the potential of systems (Workday and ServiceNow platforms)   developing and Inspiring team leaders/ members while ensuring talent retention and engagement within the organization. Aligning HR initiatives with business objectives both for Polish and German regions Facilitating transitions and changes of HR services Fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Essential Requirements: A minimum of 8 years of experience in Leadership, with at least 4 years in HR managerial role within an international environment. Experience in change management and services transition. (in a global environment). Fluency in English (C1/C2 level) and German (C1/C2). Practical experience in managing complex HR processes on an international scale. Knowledge and practice of HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and Case Management tools. Strong analytical skills – ability to make data-driven decisions. University degree (Management, HR, Business Psychology, or related).
