Where You’ll Make a Difference As a Designer I, you’ll play a key role in developing innovative product formulations and delivering best-in-class solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: Designing finished product formulations (Mainly Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Beverages), that meet client, legal, and industry standards. Managing your own projects and contributing to strategic initiatives. Applying technical knowledge to create solutions that delight consumers and drive commercial success. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Flavorists, and Quality. Supporting innovation programs and demonstrating new technologies in real-world applications to our customers. What Makes You the Right Fit Experience: 2–5 years in the food, ingredient, flavour, or pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years in a specialized field. Education: Degree in Food Science & Technology or related disciplines (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Human Nutrition). Strong understanding of product design, flavour interactions, and food processing. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Passion for new product development / innovation and continuous learning. Why Choose Us?
