Summary: The Procurement Operations Analyst (Supplier Onboarding & Compliance) will play a critical role in ensuring accurate supplier information and compliance throughout the supplier onboarding and offboarding process. Your responsibilities include capturing and maintaining supplier master data in procurement systems, conducting compliance assessments prior to onboarding, and collaborating with Finance and Procurement teams to ensure all documentation meets governance and audit requirements. You will manage all supplier onboarding and offboarding activities, validate data accuracy, and maintain records to support operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. A key part of your role will be resolving data-related issues, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring a seamless experience for internal stakeholders and suppliers. By combining attention to detail with strong organisational skills, you will help maintain data integrity and enable reliable procurement operations. Responsibilities: Capture, validate, and maintain accurate supplier data and documentation in procurement systems Conduct compliance checks prior to supplier onboarding, ensuring adherence to governance and regulatory standards Manage end-to-end supplier onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely completion and accurate records Work closely with Finance and Procurement teams to align data requirements and resolve discrepancies Address data-related issues promptly and escalate complex problems when necessary Work closely with suppliers, finance, and procurement teams to resolve issues and maintain service quality Maintain audit-ready records of supplier data, compliance checks and onboarding activities Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding processes and improve data accuracy Position requirements:   +3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, across indirect and direct categories Experience with supplier onboarding and master data management Familiar with compliance checks and governance requirements Understanding of supplier lifecycle management Experience working in aerospace or defence, or other complex manufacturing industry. Understanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments related to aerospace and defence  Working knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, Coupa Demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service and influencing others Proven track record in delivering business results and achieving objectives Passion for continuous improvement and quality improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
