Planning and execution of PM for manufacturing equipment. Wafer process condition check for manufacturing equipment resumption Expected Background: High school graduate or above. Expected Skill: Highly recommend if applicant have experience in charge of wafer process development or manufacturing line process of semiconductor optical devices. Fluent Japanese speaker.
